He is considered one of the most successful former professional football players of all-time for his business accomplishments. He was one of the first African-American players to play athletics in the south at Wake Forest.

CEO of Sports Scholarships USA, Coach Spencer has been involved in sports his whole life. It's this passion for sports that has led his desire and determination of helping students and turned it into a lifelong goal. Played football at Texas A&M. Montgomery was an 1st Team All-Big 12 Defensive End. In 2005, he was drafted by the NFL's Green Bay Packers. Montgomery played 8 years in the NFL and retired in 2011. An actor in films such as Focus, My name is nobody, and I Am Jack's Apocalypse. He had a near death experience during his collegiate playing days.
