Rick is now a private strength and training consultant after serving for 19 years as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Washington. Considered one of the tops in his field and a valuable asset to our team, familiar with the Svare Athletic Training Method and employed it at the University of Washington. Prior to that he spent two years as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Wake Forest University. Also served as assistant football coach on the college level prior to becoming a full time Strength & Conditioning Coach. Received his Masters in Education from Bowling Green University, his BS from Western Michigan University and attended Livonia Stevens High School in Michigan.
