Mr. Pearsall is the Executive Director of the   National Alliance of African American Athletes. The "Alliance"  was established in 1989. The "Alliance" presents the "Watkins Award" considered the premier scholar athlete award for African American Male Seniors in the United States. The goal of the Foundation is to facilitate the development of African American Men and Boys in American society. THE ALLIANCE, a 501(c)3 association, is a working collaborative of three components: Programs and Public Education, The Black Male Athlete Economic Cluster and The African American Male Information Initiative.
