He has developed and directed highly effective marketing campaigns for a variety of clients in education, non-profits, sports, entertainment and high technology.

He is a managing partner of Onyx Productions and executive producer of Jazz-at-Sea, Southern California’s premier live jazz venue which has featured top music performers such as Al Jarreau, Ronnie Laws, Phil Perry, Everett Harp, Miki Howard, Kevin Toney, Ollie Woodson, Avant, Howard Hewit, Norman Conners, Gerald Albright and others Previously, As executive vice president for Diverse Entertainment under an exclusive contract with BET Cable Network, he co-directed and co-produced the 1993-1994 BET On Wheels /Unity in the Community urban concert festival and tour in twelve (12) major U.S. markets, including over 60 major label recording artists at the following concerts: Bayou Classic in New Orleans featuring Kriss Kross, Eric Sermon and others; Daytona Beach Spring Break featuring the Fugees, Outcasts and others; Jack the Rapper in Atlanta featuring Shanice, Brian McKnight, Wu Tang Clan and others; Harlem Week featuring Gerald Alston, Biz Markie and others; Belle Isle in Detroit featuring X-Clan, Gerald Levert and others;

Previously, as vice president of marketing of Data One Software, Inc. he directed the sales and distribution of vertical market business software and microcomputers to distributors and resellers in 35 states. He was president of Satellite Capital Group, Inc, a corporate general partner organized to raise equity capital for emerging high tech companies and also was a licensed securities broker with several NASD broker dealer member firms including Prudential Securities.

Currently a consultant to business in the areas of Marketing, Golf Events, and Business Technology Integration. He also teaches English and reading to middle school students in Watts, CA. Has over 20 plus years of sales and marketing experience, with the past 3 years focused on sports marketing and product development. Mr. Grant also played professionally for the New York Jets, NFL, and in the CFL.

Mr. Grant understands the athletic arena, and has substantial long-term relationships in the industry. He earned his college education by attending the University of Oregon on a football scholarship. During his stay at Oregon, he was a three-year starting cornerback and kick returner. Reginald has been involved and consulted on sports related products and events  his whole life. While C.E.O and President of eSports Instruction he obtained a product license with the Rose Bowl. While co-founder of ePlaybook the company was a Finalist for the Start Up of the Year Award in 1999, presented by the San Diego Software and Internet Council.
